Who it's for
Applications are open to glass artists, hobbyists, studios, schools, universities and community organisations — anyone with a legitimate use for Bullseye Glass.
Approval gives you ongoing access to future procurement rounds. There's no obligation to order every round, and no cost to apply.
Applications can be declined where necessary to keep the program operating fairly and efficiently for everyone in it.

Five simple steps.
From procurement round to collection
Each procurement round follows a coordinated international ordering and freight process. From the opening of the procurement round to collection in Australia, allow approximately 12–16 weeks.

Week 0Procurement closesOrders are finalised and submitted to Bullseye. Changes are generally no longer possible after the closing date.

Weeks 1–2Prepared for shipmentParticipant orders are consolidated, confirmed with Bullseye, packed and prepared for export.

Weeks 3–9International freightThe consolidated shipment travels from Portland, Oregon to Sydney by sea freight.

Weeks 10–14Clearance and collectionThe shipment clears customs, is unpacked and prepared for collection or distribution to nominated collection points.
Timeframes are estimates only. Manufacturing schedules, vessel availability, customs clearance and other international freight factors may affect the final collection date. Participants will receive updates throughout their procurement round.
